Role Overview
Develop realistic synthetic clinical trial data and carry it through SDTM and ADaM to table, listing, and figure outputs that reconcile to the original patient-level source data. This role also designs end-to-end biostatistics tasks and evaluation materials for AI-agent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Simulate raw patient-level clinical data and transform it through SDTM and ADaM into TLF outputs.
- Ensure every figure reconciles back to its source data.
- Convert an existing Statistical Analysis Plan into data transformations and outputs. This role does not involve authoring the SAP.
- Execute complete analysis pipelines and component biostatistics tasks.
- Create prompts, golden outputs, and scoring rubrics to assess an AI agent performing comparable work.
Qualifications
- Master''s degree in biostatistics or statistics required. A PhD is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience required, with 10 to 25 years preferred.
- Hands-on experience across SDTM, ADaM, and TLF layers for pre-market Phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trials is required.
- Ability to produce synthetic clinical data that is realistic rather than contrived.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Must be available for at least 20 to 25 hours per week. Availability of 30 or more hours per week is preferred.
Compensation
$120 to $170 per hour.
