About this role
Build realistic clinical trial data workflows from raw patient-level records through SDTM and ADaM to reconciled TLF outputs. This role also applies hands-on biostatistics expertise to create and evaluate end-to-end analysis tasks for AI systems.
Key Responsibilities- Simulate realistic, non-contrived patient-level clinical data and transform it through SDTM and ADaM into TLF outputs.
- Ensure each figure can be reconciled back to its underlying source data.
- Convert an existing statistical analysis plan into data transformations and outputs. This role does not involve authoring the statistical analysis plan.
- Execute complete analysis pipelines and component biostatistics tasks.
- Design prompts, reference outputs, and evaluation rubrics that measure an AI agent''s ability to perform comparable work.
- Master''s degree in biostatistics or statistics required. A PhD is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience required, with 10 to 25 years preferred.
- Hands-on experience across SDTM, ADaM, and TLF layers for pre-market Phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trials is required.
- Ability to produce realistic synthetic clinical data.
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Minimum availability of 20 to 25 hours per week, with 30 or more hours per week preferred.
$120 to $170 per hour.
