Bilingual Mental Health Expert for AI Training

Role Overview

Apply clinical psychology or psychiatry expertise to improve AI systems through accurate, culturally responsive, and ethically grounded psychological content. This remote contract role focuses on reviewing model outputs, developing training materials, and providing expert feedback across clinical, research, and therapeutic contexts. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical standards.
• Develop and review datasets involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations.
• Provide detailed written feedback and verbal insights to improve responses to clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues.
• Identify bias and inaccuracies in AI outputs and recommend evidence based improvements.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate psychological concepts and frameworks into model training.
• Apply cultural, linguistic, and clinical best practices for diverse user scenarios.
• Create documentation and knowledge sharing resources that support continued AI development.

Qualifications

• Completed Ph.D. in Psychology, or an MD with completed psychiatry residency.
• Native proficiency in French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian, plus advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex psychological concepts clearly in writing and verbally.
• Experience in clinical practice, psychological or psychiatric research, or higher education.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills for psychological data and narrative content.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ethical judgment in global mental health contexts.
• Interdisciplinary or technology focused project experience is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $100 to $200 per hour.
