Bilingual Mental Health Expert

Role Overview

Apply clinical psychology or psychiatry expertise and bilingual communication skills to improve AI-generated psychological content. You will provide nuanced, real-world input that helps systems reason more accurately and ethically across clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical standards.
• Develop and review training data involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations.
• Provide detailed written feedback and verbal insights to improve responses in clinical, research, and therapeutic contexts.
• Identify bias or inaccuracies in generated content and recommend evidence-based improvements.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate psychological concepts and frameworks into model training.
• Apply cultural, linguistic, and clinical best practices for diverse user scenarios.
• Contribute documentation and knowledge-sharing materials that support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Completed Ph.D. in Psychology, or an MD with a completed psychiatry residency.
• Native proficiency in French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian, along with advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex psychological concepts clearly in writing and conversation.
• Experience in clinical practice, research, or higher education in psychology or psychiatry.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills for assessing psychological data and narrative content.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and sound ethical judgment in global mental health contexts.
• Experience with interdisciplinary or technology-focused projects is preferred.

Work Terms

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $100 to $200 per hour.
