Role Overview
Create polished, brand-faithful presentation materials that help train next-generation AI systems. You will turn reference decks, brand assets, and structured content into expert-level tasks, example decks, and evaluation standards. AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Design and author presentation tasks using reference decks, brand assets, and structured content.
- Create gold-standard example decks demonstrating strong typography, grid systems, hierarchy, and visual-system fidelity.
- Define clear, actionable standards for polished, on-brand presentation design across varied assignments.
- Develop visual rubrics to assess model outputs for craft, style consistency, and template adherence.
- Identify AI-specific visual issues, including grid misalignment, inconsistent hierarchy, and off-brand elements.
- Communicate design feedback and the reasoning behind visual standards in writing and verbally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine presentation tasks, templates, and evaluation systems.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an agency, in-house corporate communications or brand team, or as an independent presentation designer.
- Advanced typography, layout, color, iconography, and grid-system skills.
- Ability to build, extend, and apply visual template systems across slide types and content scenarios.
- Ability to accurately infer and recreate visual styles from reference decks.
- A portfolio featuring high-craft presentation work, such as board, pitch, sales, or brand-system decks.
- Expert proficiency with PowerPoint and/or Keynote, plus familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating evaluation rubrics or contributing to AI training projects is a plus.
- Experience redesigning templates at scale, translating brand guidelines into presentation systems, or designing data-rich decks is valued.
- Remote contract role for candidates based in NAMER or Europe.
- Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications. Completion time varies by experience and workflow.
- Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of task submissions each week.
- Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.
$20 to $60 per hour.
