Role Overview
Create and evaluate rigorous academic assessment content that helps establish high-quality AI benchmarks across health and medicine. This role focuses on developing and reviewing challenging multiple-choice questions that assess deep conceptual understanding and expert reasoning.

Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Medical Imaging and Diagnostics, Pharmacovigilance, Healthcare Management and Economics, Rehabilitation, and Allied Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Author original, challenging multiple-choice questions within your medical or health science specialty, rate their difficulty, and submit them for review.
- Review existing questions for accuracy, clarity, rigor, completeness, precision, and solvability. Edit questions when needed and document the rationale for changes.
- Ensure every question is unambiguous, self-contained, and includes all information needed to solve it.
- Assign a difficulty level to each question: Medium, introductory undergraduate; Hard, advanced undergraduate; or Expert, postgraduate and above.
- Provide one correct answer and nine plausible, subtly incorrect alternatives designed to challenge expert-level solvers.
- Write clear, concise, step-by-step reasoning for solutions in Markdown format.
- Include one to five reputable academic references for each question, such as peer-reviewed journals or clinical guidelines.
Qualifications
- MD, DO, PhD, or current doctoral candidacy in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or a closely related field.
- A master''s degree may be considered for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific subdomain.
- Strong graduate-level medical knowledge, clinical reasoning ability, and biomedical research methodology expertise.
- Board certification, clinical experience, or health-related research publications are strong advantages.
- Excellent written English and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Work Terms
- Remote, asynchronous hourly engagement.
- Expected commitment of at least 10 hours per week.
Compensation
$94 to $119 per hour.
