Registered Nurse for AI Model Evaluation

Use your adult inpatient bedside nursing expertise to train and evaluate clinical AI systems. You will translate real-world nursing documentation practices into structured feedback, validate AI-generated outputs against nursing flowsheet data, and help improve the accuracy, safety, and reliability of medical AI tools.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs using nursing flowsheet documentation
• Validate accuracy, completeness, and adherence to current documentation standards
• Annotate and structure inpatient nursing assessment data for AI training datasets
• Provide expert feedback on nursing assessments and documentation practices
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in AI-generated responses
• Ask clarifying questions when annotation guidance is ambiguous and contribute to refinement of guidelines
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve model performance
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality clinical benchmarks

• Active RN license in the U.S., excluding California
• Recent adult acute care inpatient bedside experience, ideally in a non-procedural specialty
• Clinical experience within the last 5 to 10 years, demonstrating familiarity with current workflows and documentation practices; current documentation experience is prioritized over total years of nursing practice
• Comfort performing and documenting comprehensive nursing assessments
• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently
• Excellent written communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience with Epic electronic health record workflows
• Comfort learning new annotation tools and web-based platforms
• Able to navigate transcripts efficiently and use AI-assisted tools appropriately while verifying outputs
• Experience reviewing charts for quality improvement, utilization review, clinical documentation improvement, or clinical informatics
• Prior annotation, chart abstraction, or healthcare AI experience

• Pay range: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour

• Must hold an active U.S. RN license, applicants licensed in California are not eligible
• Recent adult inpatient bedside experience, as noted in qualifications, is required
