Caregiver Video Data Recorder

Role Overview

Use your childcare and caregiving experience to help improve AI systems by recording real-world caregiving activities on your smartphone. This remote contract role focuses on capturing high-quality video of routine tasks such as feeding, playtime, supervised activities, and household routines with children.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture motion and synchronized video data while completing everyday caregiving tasks.
• Follow detailed recording protocols to meet video quality, labeling, and accuracy requirements.
• Provide at least 10 hours of approved video data each week throughout the project.
• Communicate with the remote team to clarify instructions and share feedback on the collection process.
• Deliver recordings reliably and on time in accordance with project milestones.
• Complete device compatibility checks and a custom AI-enabled interview.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a nanny, au pair, childcare provider, or caregiver.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step-by-step protocols consistently.
• Comfort using smartphones and everyday mobile applications, including recording video.
• Reliable, self-directed work habits and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to safely perform repetitive caregiving tasks.
• A Gmail address is strongly preferred for tool integration.

Equipment Requirements

• Compatible smartphone: iPhone 12 or later, Google Pixel 6 or later, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or later.
• Head strap for hands-free, head-mounted camera recording, available within 48 hours of the start date.
• Tasks must be performed using the smartphone and head-strap setup. Technical specifications will be provided during required setup.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• Applicants must be based in and eligible to work in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
• Roles are typically filled within 48 hours. Candidates who complete the required setup can generally begin within approximately 24 hours.

Compensation

Pay is $13 to $15 per hour. Compensation is output-based and paid for recorded videos that meet project specifications.
