About this role
Contribute a single, de-identified export from your Apple Health app that combines on-device HealthKit data (activity, heart, sleep, and more) with clinical records from your linked health provider. This is a one-time, remote contribution to a real-world health dataset. Successful submissions that meet all requirements receive a one-time payment of $60.
Key Responsibilities- Fully populate your HealthKit profile across every applicable category. Profiles containing only step counts will not qualify.
- Link at least one qualifying provider''s electronic health record to Apple Health via the Apple Health Records network, ensuring the record includes immunizations, lab results, medications, vitals, and clinical notes.
- Provide consent to share four demographic attributes: age, gender, approximate region, and activity level.
- Export the Health app data from your device and submit the export as the contribution. One export per participant, with an optional re-export later to refresh data.
- You must have visited at least one of the qualifying institutions listed below, and that institution''s health records must be actively connected to Apple HealthKit on your device.
- Your submission must be a genuine export from your personal Health app, not synthetic or demo data.
- The export must show a complete profile with continuous history, not a single day of data.
- The linked EHR must include all four required clinical categories, and must include the Clinical Notes section. Submissions missing clinical notes will be returned and will not be accepted or compensated.
- All four demographic attributes must be consented. Submissions without these consents cannot be accepted.
You qualify only if you have visited at least one of the following institutions and have that institution''s records connected to Apple HealthKit. If your provider is not on this list, you do not qualify.

- Location: Remote.
- Engagement type: One-time contribution. One export per participant, with an optional later re-export to refresh data.
- Privacy: Every export is de-identified before analysis. Identifiers are removed, dates and locations are generalized, and notes are scrubbed. You receive a random ID and the link to your identity is retained separately and does not travel with the dataset. You may withdraw consent at any time to request removal.
- Submissions that do not meet the stated requirements, especially the inclusion of Clinical Notes, will be returned and will not be compensated.
One-time payment of $60 for each accepted submission. Payments are made only for submissions that pass all acceptance criteria.
Application Process- Ensure your Health app profile is fully populated across all relevant categories.
- Link an eligible provider''s EHR to Apple Health via Apple Health Records, and confirm the record contains immunizations, labs, medications, vitals, and the Clinical Notes section.
- Consent to share the four demographic attributes requested: age, gender, approximate region, and activity level.
- Export your Health app data from your device and submit the export according to the submission instructions provided. Expect your submission to be reviewed for completeness and the presence of clinical notes.
- If your export meets all requirements, it will be de-identified and accepted, and you will receive the one-time $60 payment. If required elements are missing, the export will be returned and not compensated.
