Air Traffic Controller for AI Model Evaluation

Air Traffic Controllers play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing AI models related to aviation. By leveraging your professional expertise, you will assess AI-generated content, provide structured feedback, and contribute to the development of AI applications in your field. This remote, part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to engage in ongoing projects throughout the year.

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field of expertise.
• Evaluate AI responses and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve model performance.
• Coordinate and manage the safe and efficient movement of aircraft within assigned airspace, ensuring pilots receive critical information on weather and potential hazards.
• Issue landing and take-off instructions while monitoring aircraft using radar and maintaining communication with adjacent control centers.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in air traffic control or related fields.
• Ability to work asynchronously and collaborate with leading AI labs.

• Remote and asynchronous work environment.
• Flexible hours with no minimum commitment, averaging 5-20 hours per week.
• Project placement is dependent on availability; multiple projects will be offered periodically.

Up to $120/hr (depending on the project).
