Recreational Therapist for AI Model Evaluation

Recreational Therapists can apply their expertise to evaluate and enhance AI models related to therapeutic practices. This role allows you to utilize your professional experience to assess AI-generated content, providing structured feedback that improves the model''s understanding of therapeutic tasks and language.

This ongoing, project-based role is flexible and can be pursued alongside your primary employment. Opportunities are available year-round, with new projects opening periodically across various areas of expertise.

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field.
• Evaluate AI responses and provide feedback to strengthen model performance.
• Work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.
• Contribute to the advancement of AI applications in recreational therapy.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in recreational therapy or related fields.
• Experience designing and implementing therapeutic activities tailored to patients'' needs.
• Ability to monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaboration with medical teams to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with leading AI labs.

• Remote and asynchronous work environment.
• Flexible hours, averaging between 5-20 hours per week, with no minimum commitment.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. Note that STEM OPT is not supported.
