About this role

Role Overview

Brokerage Assistants apply their real-world brokerage support and operations experience to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that improves AI understanding of brokerage workflows, terminology, and day-to-day tasks. This is part-time, project-based contract work that can be performed remotely alongside your primary employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use hands-on experience supporting brokers to review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and real-world applicability.
  • Design and refine job-related questions or prompts that reflect typical brokerage tasks and scenarios.
  • Assess AI output against real brokerage processes, client and deal workflows, transaction coordination, documentation, and operational standards.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback and examples to help improve AI performance on brokerage support tasks.
  • Follow written project guidelines, record evaluations, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary information.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Brokerage Assistant or in closely related brokerage support or operations roles.
  • Relevant prior roles include Brokerage Assistant, Brokerage Coordinator, Sales Assistant, Client Service Associate, Administrative or Operations Assistant supporting brokers or advisors, Transaction Coordinator, or Deal Support Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience with client workflows, documentation, transaction coordination, or brokerage operational processes.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently, following written instructions, and exercising professional judgment and discretion.
  • No prior AI or technical experience is required.
  • You will apply once and, if qualified, be considered for part-time, project-based work as new projects become available.
Work Terms
  • Engagement type, independent contractor, not a full-time employee role.
  • Fully remote, work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
  • Schedule is flexible and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirement. Many contributors work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week when assigned to an active project.
  • This is not a traditional full-time brokerage role, and assignments are project based so work can be done alongside other employment.
  • The program runs year-round, with projects opening periodically. Placement on specific projects depends on current project needs, with opportunities to be considered for future projects as they become available.
Compensation

Hourly pay, Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).

Eligibility
  • Work authorization requirements vary by project. F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate, subject to your school and Designated School Official guidance.
  • If your school requires a CPT course enrollment, this program may not meet that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported.
Application Process

To apply, create an account and complete your profile, verify your identity, and complete any project-specific onboarding steps. Once onboarded, you will be considered for assignments as projects open, and you may begin work when selected. Placement depends on project availability and qualification for each project.
