Records Manager for AI Model Evaluation

About this role
Records Managers, including Archivists, Information Managers, Collections Managers, and Librarians, play a crucial role in evaluating AI models by leveraging their professional expertise. In this position, you will assess content related to your field, provide structured feedback, and contribute to enhancing the AI''s understanding of workplace tasks and language. This program offers flexible, project-based opportunities year-round, allowing you to engage in meaningful work without requiring prior AI experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field.
- Evaluate AI responses and provide clear, structured feedback.
- Work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.
- Contribute to the development of AI applications in your area of expertise.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Managing and organizing archival records, including developing classification systems and maintaining databases for easy access and retrieval.
- Providing reference services, authenticating and appraising historical documents, and coordinating educational programs.
- Directing staff in cataloguing and preserving collections, while researching and acquiring new materials to enhance archives.
- Ability to participate in asynchronous work with leading AI labs.
- This is a remote position with flexible hours.
- No minimum commitment is required, but most participants average 5-20 hours per week.
- Project availability will determine your placement; more opportunities will arise periodically.
Compensation is up to $75/hr, depending on the project.
