AI Model Evaluation Associate

AI Evaluation Specialists apply their academic knowledge, reasoning, and attention to detail to test Large Language Models and help improve their performance in collaboration with leading AI research labs. Candidates from all disciplines and majors are encouraged to apply.

• Evaluate and test Large Language Models on short-term AI training projects.
• Apply broad skills and academic knowledge to support model-performance improvements.
• Work independently in a primarily asynchronous remote environment while following detailed instructions accurately.

• Currently pursuing, or already hold, an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Confidence that your knowledge and reasoning skills can challenge advanced AI systems.
• No specific subject-matter expertise is required.

• Remote, part-time, independent contractor engagement.
• Short-term, project-based assignments with no minimum hourly commitment.
• A brief training and one assessment are required before beginning project work.

• Up to $17/hr (depending on the project).

• Strong performance may make you eligible for additional projects as they become available.
