Role Overview

Aerospace engineering professionals apply their domain expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs, assess technical content, and provide clear, structured feedback that improves models'' understanding of aerospace tasks, terminology, and practices. You will create realistic prompts, review model responses for accuracy and relevance, and document corrective guidance that helps shape future model behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop prompts and task scenarios that reflect real aerospace engineering work.
  • Evaluate AI model responses for technical correctness, completeness, and relevance to aerospace contexts.
  • Provide concise, structured feedback and examples that clarify preferred answers or workflows.
  • Flag unsafe, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate model content within the domain.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project teams to refine task instructions and evaluation criteria.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in aerospace engineering.
  • Ability to perform asynchronous work and follow written instructions for evaluation tasks.
  • Comfort participating in remote projects that involve reviewing technical content and providing written feedback.
Work Terms
  • Engagement is part-time, hourly, and temporary.
  • Remote and asynchronous work from any location is allowed.
  • Hours are flexible with no required minimum commitment; most contributors average 5 to 20 hours per week.
  • Placement into specific projects depends on project availability, and new project opportunities open periodically throughout the year.
Compensation
  • Up to $150/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility
  • F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
  • If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
  • STEM OPT is not supported for participation in these projects.
  • Refer to the program help resources for additional details on supported work authorizations.
