About this role
Shape polished, client-ready business deliverables by evaluating and refining AI-generated decks, documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs. This remote role applies strong corporate design judgment to improve both the content presentation and visual quality of knowledge-work materials.
Key Responsibilities- Compare multiple AI-generated versions of the same deliverable and evaluate layout and spacing, typography, color, domain realism, and overall polish.
- Select the strongest version and revise it to a high reference-quality standard.
- Document clear design rationale using specific evidence such as alignment, spacing, balance, grouping, and information density.
- Apply design expertise to corporate client-facing materials.
- Background in design, marketing or communications, or knowledge-work fields such as management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marcom.
- Ability to identify subtle layout issues, including alignment gaps, inconsistent card heights, unused space, and weak margin discipline.
- A clear point of view on effective business deliverables and the ability to explain design decisions in writing.
- Strong attention to how work is presented as well as what it communicates.
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Approximately 15 hours per week.
- $65 to $100 per hour, with a stated rate of $80 per hour.
- Submit a resume and complete a Corporate Designer calibration assessment, which takes approximately 45 minutes.
- The assessment evaluates how closely ratings of real deliverables align with a calibrated answer key for layout and spacing.
