Role Overview
Help improve next-generation AI systems by contributing real-world full stack engineering expertise. You will build and support web applications while providing high-quality technical input that helps AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, and Java.
- Partner with cross-functional teammates to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and mentor peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to backend and frontend features that deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and conversation.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven full stack development experience using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, and Java.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a distributed remote team.
- Solid knowledge of software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and version control systems such as Git.
- Relevant skills may include React, PHP, C++, .NET, Nest.js, and C#.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with microservices and containerization technologies.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $30 to $90 per hour.
