About this role

Role Overview

Help train advanced AI systems to reason accurately through the insurance policy lifecycle. You will create realistic policy-processing and servicing scenarios, assess AI responses against established operational standards, and provide feedback that improves procedural accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design scenarios covering application intake, binding, issuance, endorsements, certificates, billing, audits, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy-document delivery.
  • Create processing instructions, transaction reviews, exception-handling plans, service communications, and operational quality checks.
  • Develop reference responses that reflect experienced insurance-operations practice.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses using structured rubrics for procedural accuracy, completeness, sequencing, and adherence to service standards.
  • Identify incorrect effective dates, missing documentation, improper transaction handling, and confusion between operational processing and substantive underwriting decisions.
  • Provide written feedback to support model improvement.
  • Participate in onboarding office hours and calibration sessions.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in policy administration, underwriting operations, insurance servicing, premium operations, or policy-processing management.
  • Understanding of the full policy lifecycle, from intake and binding through issuance, servicing, renewal, termination, and record retention.
  • Hands-on experience with policy administration systems, workflow queues, transaction controls, or quality-assurance processes.
  • Ability to translate policy and procedural requirements into precise operational steps.
  • Excellent written communication, process discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish administrative execution from underwriting, claims, legal, and actuarial decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience across multiple property and casualty lines or insurance platforms.
  • Experience with billing, premium audits, producer licensing, or forms management.
  • Experience implementing or testing a policy administration system.
  • A Lean, Six Sigma, project-management, or operations credential.
  • Experience leading service teams or establishing operational controls.
Work Terms
  • Remote engagement open to candidates in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
  • Per-task independent contractor engagement.
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with 40 or more hours per week preferred.
  • Work begins immediately, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Compensation

$800 per task.
