About this role
Evaluate and improve generative music AI by applying your production and critical-listening expertise to Bengali and English music across a wide range of genres.
Key Responsibilities- Compare AI-generated songs side by side for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production and mix quality.
- Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
- Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
- Native or near-native Bengali proficiency and the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
- At least 2 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
- Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
- Broad familiarity with contemporary Bengali genres, subgenres, and artists.
- Remote, hourly engagement with an immediate start.
- Project duration of up to 6 months.
- Flexible schedule. Most contributors work about 20 hours per week, with no maximum number of hours.
- Hourly pay of $11 to $19 per hour.
- The payment structure may change to per task during the project, while maintaining the same effective hourly rate.
