Russian Music Producer for Generative Music AI Evaluation

Role Overview

Evaluate AI-generated music across a wide range of genres, using your production and audio-engineering expertise to assess work in Russian and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated songs head-to-head for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production and mix quality.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Russian proficiency and the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• At least 2 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors appropriate for critical listening.
• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition is valued.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work is valued.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists is valued.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement with an immediate start.
• Project planned for 6 months.
• Flexible schedule. Most contributors work about 20 hours per week, with no maximum number of hours.

Compensation

• $35 to $49 per hour.
• The role is currently paid hourly. If payment changes to a per-task structure during the project, the effective hourly rate will remain the same.
