About this role
As a Music Audio Expert, you will play a crucial role in evaluating generative musical AI models in collaboration with a leading AI lab. Your expertise will be essential in assessing model outputs across various music categories, utilizing your bilingual skills in Russian and English.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate AI model output lyrics, voice generation, and other standards.
- Score the quality of musical training data.
- Write music in the specified domain language.
- Understand directions provided in English.
- Rate AI-generated music samples on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality using audio-engineering terminology.
- Annotate songs in detail, including genre/sub-genre classification, song structure, and vocal/instrumental characteristics via a structured taxonomy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer.
- Demonstrated understanding of musical performance, theory, and lyrics.
- College degree in music, encompassing performance, theory, and lyrics.
- Experience writing lyrical music in the specified domain language.
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Russian and English.

- Duration: Up to 6 months
- Commitment: Part-time, 10+ hours per week
- Hourly rate: $34.72 - $62.49
