Role Overview

Apply your Punjabi music expertise to help evaluate generative AI music across a wide range of genres. You will assess AI-generated lyrics and music against detailed quality standards while working in Punjabi and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs to identify similarities.
• Rate lyrics for quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality.
• Assess whether lyrics sound natural, including word choice, slang, and regional expressions.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Punjabi proficiency and the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist, along with knowledge of the Punjabi music scene.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition is a plus.
• Credited or published songwriting work is a plus.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Punjabi genres, sub-genres, and artists is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement with an immediate start.
• The project duration is six months.
• Hours are flexible. Most contributors work about 20 hours per week, with no maximum hour limit.

Compensation

• Pay is $15 per hour.
• The engagement may shift to per-task payment during the project, while maintaining the same effective hourly rate.
