This partner-facing role combines applied AI research, infrastructure engineering, and forward-deployed delivery in high-assurance, mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems for U.S. Government missions.
- Develop and integrate LLM applications, including multi-agent systems, tool-using agents, retrieval-augmented generation workflows, and human-in-the-loop autonomy.
- Work directly with government partners to translate mission needs into technical systems.
- Build and maintain large-scale data curation and evaluation pipelines for model training and improvement.
- Develop infrastructure for model inference, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment across frontier AI platforms.
- Create AI systems that combine mission data, models, and tools to enable operational autonomy.
- Own the full system lifecycle, including discovery, architecture, implementation, deployment, reliability, security, and iteration.
- Strong Python engineering skills and experience owning systems end to end.
- Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, data pipelines, ML infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, partner-facing settings with technical and operational ownership.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning workflows or simulation environments.
