Role Overview
Share your firsthand experience with a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan in a remote research survey that will help inform AI tools intended to improve health-plan member experiences. You will provide feedback on enrollment, benefits, member support, and everyday healthcare interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a structured online survey of approximately 20 minutes.
- Answer multiple-choice questions and provide approximately 10 short voice-recorded responses.
- Share perspectives from your experience as a Medicare Advantage plan member.
- Submit all survey responses within the assigned timeline.
Qualifications
- Current or former enrollee in a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan.
- Age 64 or older and Medicare-eligible.
- Comfortable recording voice responses.
- Able to complete the survey independently.
- Access to a microphone and a quiet environment.
Work Terms
- Remote, available to participants based in the United States.
- Hourly engagement conducted through an online survey.
- Expected time commitment is approximately 20 minutes.
Compensation
- $120 per hour.
- One-time payment is issued after successful verification of the completed submission.
