Medicare Advantage Member for AI Research Study

Share your real-world experience as a current or former Devoted Health Medicare Advantage member in a short paid online study. Your feedback, including voice responses about enrollment, benefits, member support, and everyday care, will help inform the development of AI tools that aim to improve how health plans serve their members.

• Complete a structured online survey that takes approximately 20 minutes.
• Answer multiple-choice questions and provide short voice-recorded responses, approximately 10 voice recordings total.
• Provide honest perspectives about your experience as a Medicare Advantage plan member, including enrollment, benefits, and member support.
• Submit all responses within the study timeline for verification.

• Age 64 or older, Medicare-eligible.
• Currently or previously enrolled in a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan.
• Comfortable providing brief voice-recorded answers.
• Ability to independently complete an online survey, approximately 20 minutes in length.
• Access to a working microphone and a quiet place to record responses.

• Format: Online survey with multiple-choice questions and voice-recorded responses.
• Duration: About 20 minutes total.
• Location: Remote, must be based in the United States.
• Employment type: Hourly.
• Submission and verification: Payment is issued after successful verification of the submitted responses; participants must submit within the provided timeline.

• Rate: $120 per hour.
• Payment: One-time payment issued upon successful verification of your submission.

• Must be a United States resident.
• Must be age 64 or older and Medicare-eligible.

• Must be willing and able to record voice responses, and have a microphone and quiet environment for recording.
