Management Analyst (Consultant)

Role Overview

Apply business strategy, structured problem-solving, and executive communication expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. This remote contract role supports a customer project and focuses on how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex, ambiguous business problems and organize them into clear, actionable frameworks.
• Gather and synthesize scattered, unstructured information into concise insights and recommendations.
• Create polished, executive-ready slide decks that communicate a compelling story, key findings, and one or two actionable recommendations.
• Conduct basic quantitative analysis in Excel to validate hypotheses and support recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally in a remote project environment.
• Work with project leads to refine deliverables and align them with client objectives and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a strategy analyst, management consultant, or similar business advisory professional.
• Strong ability to structure business problems and convert unstructured information into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience producing executive-level presentations.
• Comfort with basic data analysis in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in virtual settings.
• Ability to work independently on remote projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on concise, high-impact deliverables.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $60 to $120 per hour.
