About this role
Role Overview
Shape evaluation tasks for AI systems used in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. This work reflects the scale, compliance stakes, and workforce-program scope of large organizations.
Contribute on a U.S. standards track, covering Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and state employment law, an international standards track, covering the UK Employment Rights Act and EU labor directives, or both. You will create HR scenarios, reference outputs, and assessment rubrics that reflect senior-level HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Create scenarios covering talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits design.
- Develop tasks across recruiting and talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance and employment law, and organizational development.
- Incorporate enterprise HR tools, including HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford and Mercer.
- Apply workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee-relations investigation methods to the relevant U.S. or international legal standards.
- Produce reference HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, and organizational design proposals.
- Write rubrics that distinguish authentic HR judgment from generic textbook or certification-exam knowledge.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR leader or Chief People Officer at a major company or HR consulting firm, such as Mercer or Korn Ferry, or as an in-house VP or CHRO at a large company.
- Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations matters, or compensation design.
- Fluency with HR tools and methodologies, with a practical understanding of employment-law compliance.
- A recognized credential, such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an international equivalent, is strongly preferred.
- Prior rubric-writing or training-authorship experience is a plus.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- 70 to 80 per hour.
Eligibility
Professionals qualified for either the U.S. track, the international track, or both are encouraged to apply.
