About this role

Role Overview

Share your expertise in selecting, funding, and managing employee medical and pharmacy benefits through a paid online research survey. Your input will help inform AI tools intended to improve healthcare and benefits experiences for employers, health plans, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a structured online survey in approximately 25 minutes.
  • Provide perspectives on carrier and PBM selection, plan funding models, pharmacy carve-in and carve-out arrangements, and day-to-day vendor management.
  • Submit all survey responses within the provided timeline.
Qualifications
  • Work for a private-sector employer, public-sector employer such as a state or local government, school district, or municipality, or a labor union, Taft-Hartley fund, or labor-affiliated organization that purchases employee medical and pharmacy benefits.
  • Work for an organization with 201 or more employees in the United States.
  • Participate in medical and pharmacy benefits decisions as a primary decision-maker, decision-making team member, significant influencer, or day-to-day manager of the carrier or PBM relationship.
  • Hold a role such as CHRO, Chief People Officer, VP or Head of HR, Benefits, or Total Rewards, Director of HR, Benefits, or Total Rewards, Benefits Manager, Senior Benefits Manager, Total Rewards or Compensation Manager, Benefits Analyst, Benefits Specialist, CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, Director of Finance, or Procurement or Vendor Management professional.
  • Work for an organization offering a traditional group health plan, including fully insured, level-funded, or self-funded coverage.
  • Be able to answer from personal working knowledge which carrier or administrator covers most employees, whether the medical plan is fully insured, level-funded, or self-funded, and whether pharmacy benefits are contracted directly with a PBM or provided through the medical carrier.
  • Be able to independently complete the online survey.

Compensation

Receive a one-time payment of $63 upon successful verification of your submission.

Eligibility
  • Applicants must be based in the United States.
  • Organizations offering medical benefits exclusively through an ICHRA are not eligible.
  • Employees of health plans or health insurers, benefits consultants, brokers or advisors, pharmacy benefit managers, and providers, hospitals, or health systems are not eligible.
