Education Specialist for AI Training

This position focuses on leveraging your expertise to train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Your domain knowledge is essential, and no prior experience in AI is required.

• Design challenging and insightful questions based on image and video-based scenarios to encourage deeper reasoning and interpretation.
• Develop clear, step-by-step explanations and comprehensive answers that model structured thinking.
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on the quality, clarity, and depth of responses from other contributors.
• Collaborate with a diverse, remote expert team to refine project guidelines and standards.

Contract position, fully remote.

Hourly rate between $20 and $40.
