Dioula Linguist for AI Model Training

Use your fluency in Dioula and English to produce high-quality transcriptions and linguistic annotations that help train next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on accurate bilingual transcription, timestamping, emotional and intent analysis, and language-level feedback to improve model performance. No prior AI experience is required; subject-matter language expertise is the core qualification.

• Transcribe video content in Dioula and English with high accuracy and fidelity to the source material.
• Provide clear, precise timestamps for all transcribed segments to enable easy reference.
• Analyze and describe speakers'' emotional tone and communicative intent, including subtle nuances and non-verbal cues.
• Evaluate and critique grammar, syntactic structure, and tone in both languages to inform language model training.
• Define and elaborate on conceptual meanings of words and expressions used in the content to support deeper model understanding.
• Perform complex language-related tasks and supply linguistic insights and feedback as required.
• Collaborate with the customer team to ensure deliverables meet established quality and linguistic standards.

• Fluency in Dioula and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in linguistics, translation, or transcription work involving Dioula and English.
• Ability to identify and articulate emotionality, tone, and intent in spoken content.
• Experience using transcription tools, with careful attention to timestamping and detailed note-taking.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate grammar and provide comprehensive language feedback.
• Ability to handle complex language tasks independently and maintain quality without heavy supervision.
• Commitment to at least 15 hours per week, delivering reliable, high-quality work remotely.
