Role Overview
Apply your video editing and color-grading expertise to annotate audiovisual content that helps train next-generation AI systems. This remote contract opportunity is suited to entry-level and mid-level post-production professionals who want to use DaVinci Resolve skills in an AI training context. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform video data annotation in DaVinci Resolve while following detailed project guidelines for accuracy and consistency.
- Use color-correction and grading knowledge to evaluate and interpret footage characteristics.
- Review, label, and comment on video clips to create structured training data.
- Assess audiovisual content for quality, clarity, and technical attributes against defined parameters.
- Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and provide feedback on annotation processes and tools.
- Document decision-making approaches and communicate insights that support model improvement.
- Meet project milestones and follow submission protocols.
Qualifications
- Hands-on DaVinci Resolve experience in a post-production setting.
- Proficiency in video editing, color correction, and color grading fundamentals.
- Knowledge of audiovisual post-production and digital video formats, including technical specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to detail and clear annotations.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow complex instructions.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to refine annotation approaches as project needs change.
- Experience or interest in data annotation or structured labeling is helpful but not required.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $15 to $80 per hour.
