Corporate/M&A Lawyer for Legal AI Evaluation, Spain

Evaluate the quality of AI-generated answers to practical questions involving Spanish law, drawing on your corporate and M&A legal expertise to identify accuracy, completeness, and clarity.

This remote, hourly role supports benchmarking of AI systems on Spanish corporate and commercial law questions. You will independently review responses using a provided evaluation framework and deliver clear written assessments.

• Submit the same prompts through two AI language-model platforms.
• Review and compare both responses side by side.
• Assess each response against the standardized rubric provided.
• Provide concise written feedback for every evaluation.

• At least 2 years of primarily law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice, with 3 or more years preferred.
• Current in-house lawyers are eligible only if they moved in-house within the past 2 years and previously practised at a law firm.
• Qualified to practise law in Spain, with strong knowledge of Spanish corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent Spanish and precise written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to a rubric and meet deadlines.

• Remote within Spain.
• Hourly engagement.
• Initial commitment of approximately 10 hours, with potential for additional work.
• All work is subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
