About this role

As a Workforce Operations Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing AI training through sophisticated people analytics and data tracking. This position focuses on designing rubrics and tasks that improve AI models while ensuring accurate tracking of employee locations and supporting organizational resilience in crisis management scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize structured rubrics for assessing AI model outputs related to workforce tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze and reconcile employee location data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency for enterprise-wide operational visibility.
  • Collaborate with AI training teams to create high-fidelity training data and evaluation tasks for advanced model development.
  • Monitor and report on workforce movement and patterns to support business continuity planning (BCP) and incident response initiatives.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform decision-making and evaluate workforce trends, enabling proactive crisis and emergency response strategies.
  • Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders, including HR, security, and executive leadership.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to develop scalable rubrics and workflows that align with organizational security, HR, and communications protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in people analytics, employee data tracking, and enterprise reporting systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating structured reasoning rubrics for AI or data-driven projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, focusing on clarity, conciseness, and influence.
  • Background in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning in large organizations.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment under uncertainty and to plan multi-stage response actions.
  • Deep familiarity with cross-functional organizational workflows, including HR, security, and communications.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting AI training and operational rubrics development for workforce management applications.
  • Insight into security and emergency operations in complex, distributed enterprises.
  • Advanced knowledge of reconciliation methodologies across disparate data systems.
Work Terms:

Contract position, fully remote.

Compensation:

$40 - $50 per hour.
