Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track tickets using Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Support Agile teams operating in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, maintaining smooth workflows.
- Configure Jira dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable data to stakeholders.
- Perform basic workflow configuration tasks to support evolving project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with team members to gather feedback and refine issue tracking processes.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly document processes and communicate updates.
- Assist with AI training initiatives by providing structured Jira data and insights to support the project’s goals.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Jira in a user-level capacity.
- Expertise in issue tracking, ticket management, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficiency in configuring Jira dashboards and generating reports.
- Basic knowledge of Jira workflow configuration and customization.
- Strong data analysis skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities within collaborative team environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting AI or data-driven projects.
- Familiarity with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Track record of proactive process improvement in Jira environments.
Contract position, fully remote.
Compensation:Hourly rate between $30 and $60.
