Role Overview
As a Jira User / Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Agile workflows and issue tracking processes for our customer’s team. This position focuses on leveraging your Jira expertise to optimize team operations and provide insightful data analysis and reporting in an AI training context.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track tickets using Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Support Agile teams operating within Scrum and Kanban frameworks, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Configure Jira dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable data to stakeholders.
- Perform basic workflow configuration tasks to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with team members to gather feedback and refine issue tracking processes.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to document processes and communicate updates effectively.
- Assist with AI training initiatives by providing structured Jira data and insights to support project goals.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Jira in a user-level capacity.
- Expertise in issue tracking, ticket management, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficiency in configuring Jira dashboards and generating reports.
- Basic knowledge of Jira workflow configuration and customization.
- Strong data analysis skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities within collaborative team environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting AI or data-driven projects.
- Familiarity with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Track record of proactive process improvement in Jira environments.

CompensationHourly Rate: $30 - $60
