Key Responsibilities- Administer and configure Slack workspaces at a user level to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow.
- Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.
- Integrate Slack with other tools and platforms to optimize team operations and increase engagement.
- Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are comfortable and proficient with Slack tools and best practices.
- Analyze Slack usage metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced team usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and implement effective Slack solutions.
- Troubleshoot user-level Slack issues and provide timely, clear support and guidance to resolve problems efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Slack user, with proven expertise in day-to-day platform usage.
- Strong proficiency with Slack administration, including managing channels, user access, and notifications.
- Experience setting up workflow automations within Slack to support team needs.
- Expertise integrating Slack with third-party applications and internal tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging remote training and onboarding sessions.
- Comfort analyzing Slack usage metrics and preparing actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Contract position with remote work flexibility.
CompensationHourly pay ranges from $20 to $70.
