You will design, execute, and document realistic business workflows that reflect how teams work across collaboration, productivity, analytics, and project-management tools. No previous AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document authentic, multi-step product management and marketing workflows using tools such as Slack, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
- Execute workflows directly in the relevant platforms and capture each action, decision point, and outcome.
- Incorporate adjacent tools when appropriate, such as Slack threads, shared Google Docs, and Snowflake metrics, to create realistic scenarios.
- Create clear workflow documentation for annotation, including step-by-step actions, intent, expected deliverables, and useful visuals.
- Identify ambiguous or unrealistic scenarios and collaborate with the data program team to refine workflows based on feedback.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, realism, and clarity across all submissions.
- Use clear written and verbal communication so documentation can be understood by annotators who did not observe the original workflow.

- Frequent experience using Slack and either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Ability to create business-critical documents, including PRDs, briefs, trackers, roadmaps, and executive readouts.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, structured documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with product analytics or business intelligence tools, such as Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, is a plus.
- Exposure to basic SQL, Snowflake, or GitHub issue management is desirable but not required.
