Role Overview
Design and execute realistic, multi-step product management and marketing workflows inside common collaboration tools, then produce clear, structured documentation that trains and guides annotators. Your domain experience, not prior AI work, will help shape how next-generation models learn from real-world processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design authentic, multi-step workflows that reflect real product management and marketing practices in collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
- Execute each workflow directly in the native platforms, capturing every action, decision point, and outcome with precision.
- Integrate adjacent tools into scenarios when relevant, for example referencing a Slack thread, a shared Google Doc, or pulling metrics from Snowflake to increase realism.
- Create concise workflow documentation for the annotation platform, including step-by-step sequences, the intent behind actions, expected deliverables, and supporting visuals where helpful.
- Identify and flag ambiguous or unrealistic scenarios, then work with the data program team to refine and iterate workflows based on feedback.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across submissions, prioritizing realism and clarity over speed.
- Use strong written and verbal communication to make documentation understandable to annotators who did not observe the original execution.
- Required skills: product management, marketing, annotation experience or aptitude.
- Preferred minimum two years of hands-on experience in product management, product marketing, or growth/marketing roles, with frequent use of Slack and either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to create business-critical documents such as product requirement documents, briefs, trackers, roadmaps, and executive readouts.
- Experience coordinating across functions and documenting complex, multi-tool processes clearly and thoroughly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, structured documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focused on clarity for diverse audiences.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with product analytics or business intelligence tools such as Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Desirable but not required: exposure to basic SQL, Snowflake, or GitHub issue management.
- Engagement type: Contractor.
- Location: Remote.
- You will contribute to a project run by an AI data lab that converts subject matter expertise into training data and evaluations for frontier models.
- No prior AI experience required, domain knowledge in product management and marketing is the focus.
Pay range: $13.00 to $36.00 per hour.
Eligibility- Candidates should be able to execute and document workflows within Slack, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace, and integrate data or references from adjacent tools when appropriate.
- This role emphasizes real-world product and marketing experience rather than prior AI work; ensure your application highlights relevant domain work and examples of documented workflows or business artifacts.
