About this role

Role Overview

Contribute domain expertise from product management and marketing to create realistic, multi-step workflows that train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will design, execute, and document authentic processes in collaboration tools, producing clear, structured materials that annotators will use to teach models how people work across product and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and document authentic, multi-step product management and marketing workflows that reflect real practices in collaboration platforms such as Slack, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Execute each workflow directly in the relevant platforms, capturing every action, decision point, and outcome with attention to detail.
  • Integrate adjacent tools into scenarios where appropriate, for example referencing a Slack thread, a shared Google Doc, or pulling metrics from Snowflake to increase realism.
  • Create clear, concise workflow documentation for annotation on Agora, including step-by-step sequences, the intent behind actions, expected deliverables, and helpful visuals.
  • Identify and flag ambiguous or unrealistic scenarios, and work with the data program team to refine and iterate workflows based on feedback.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all submissions, prioritizing realism and clarity over speed.
  • Use strong written and verbal communication to make documentation understandable to annotators who did not witness the original workflow execution.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in product management, product marketing, or growth/marketing roles, with frequent use of Slack and either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce business-critical documents such as product requirement documents, briefs, trackers, roadmaps, and executive readouts.
  • Proven experience coordinating across functions and documenting complex, multi-tool processes clearly and thoroughly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, structured documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focused on clarity for a diverse audience.
  • Preferred but not required, familiarity with product analytics or business intelligence tools such as Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Exposure to basic SQL, Snowflake, or GitHub issue management is desirable but not required.
  • No prior AI experience required, domain knowledge in product management or marketing is the primary qualification.
Work Terms
  • Role type: Contractor.
  • Location: Remote.
  • Work will involve producing and submitting workflow executions and documentation for a customer project, collaborating with a data program team on iteration and feedback.
Compensation
  • Pay range: $13.00 to $36.00 per hour.
Eligibility
  • Candidates must be able to engage as independent contractors and perform remote work.
  • The role does not require prior AI experience; applicants should have the domain expertise described in Qualifications.
