Key Responsibilities- Capture accurate motion data using your smartphone''s IMU sensors during specified physical activities.
- Record synchronized videos to ensure data accuracy and integrity of all collected motion information.
- Follow detailed technical protocols to consistently meet quality, labeling, and standardization project requirements.
- Deliver a minimum of 10 hours per week of approved, high-quality videos throughout the project duration.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the team to clarify questions and share observations about the data collection process.
- Ensure timely and consistent deliveries in accordance with project milestones and expectations.
- Participate in device compatibility checks and an innovative onboarding interview process supported by AI.
- Access to a head strap for your smartphone that can record both hands within 48 hours of start date.
- Possession of a compatible smartphone, such as iPhone 12 or newer, Google Pixel 6 or newer, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer.
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to follow standardized protocols.
- Ability to manage deliveries consistently and meet deadlines in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and remote collaboration.
- Comfort with technology and experience using mobile devices for video capture and sensor data.
- Physical capability to perform repetitive motion tasks safely and efficiently.
- Access to a compatible smartphone capable of high-fidelity data collection.
- Note: Applications submitted using a Gmail address will be considered a plus, as they facilitate integration with project tools.
- Education or experience in robotics, kinesiology, sensor data collection, or related technical fields.
- Experience with human motion analysis, activity segmentation, or dataset labeling for machine learning.
- Familiarity with organizing and structuring large datasets for AI and robotics applications.
Contractor position, remote work available for professionals based in Latin America and the Caribbean. Eligible countries include Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, and Uruguay.
CompensationCompensation is set at $6 per hour.
