This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of the U.S. government''s ONET framework by sharing your insights and experiences as a truck driver. Your input will help create a more accurate representation of the tasks and responsibilities involved in this critical profession.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a one-time online survey/interview about your daily work as a truck driver, which will take up to 30 minutes.
- There may be an optional follow-up survey, task, or short interview afterward, which will be compensated separately.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as a truck driver (SOC 53-3032.00, Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers).
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Currently employed as a truck driver or have recent employment in this role; candidates who left the profession many years ago are not suitable.
- Must have held a heavy or tractor-trailer truck driver position; trainees or individuals with only general driving experience are not eligible unless they have genuine truck driving experience.
- Engagement is on an hourly basis, with the initial task estimated to take 30 minutes.
- Hourly pay is set at $28, reflecting the expected wage for heavy and tractor-trailer truck drivers.
- Initial task compensation is roughly half an hour at the stated rate, with potential for additional paid tasks.
- Must meet the experience and employment criteria outlined above.
