Key Responsibilities
  • Create expert-level training data grounded in statistical research and methodology.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, methodological soundness, and relevance.
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback and corrections to improve AI understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Apply domain knowledge in statistical theory, computation, machine learning, and applied statistics to annotation and review tasks.
  • Work independently on asynchronous assignments while following project guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Statistics, or a related field from a top 100 US university.
  • Research background in one or more of the following areas: statistical theory or methodology, statistical computation or machine learning, applied statistics or statistics applications.
  • Familiarity with arXiv, especially the Statistics repository (stat).
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and asynchronously with research teams.
Work Terms
  • Location: Remote.
  • Employment type: Part time, hourly contract.
  • Schedule: Flexible, asynchronous; no minimum hour requirement.
