Role Overview
Help shape AI evaluation tasks for complex human services and clinical social work settings. This role draws on senior-level practice experience to create realistic scenarios, reference outputs, and scoring rubrics that reflect sound clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and case management leadership across public agencies, healthcare systems, and community-based organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create scenarios involving complex assessments, multi-stakeholder care coordination, crisis intervention, and mandated reporting.
- Develop tasks across clinical social work, child and family welfare, healthcare and medical social work, substance use and mental health services, and community-based case management.
- Incorporate tools used in practice, including electronic health and case record systems such as EHR and CCWIS, risk and needs assessment instruments, and interagency referral platforms.
- Apply biopsychosocial assessment, trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, and the NASW Code of Ethics to produce reference case plans, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary team communications.
- Write rubrics that distinguish authentic clinical and ethical judgment from generic textbook or policy recall.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, including LCSW or LMSW, or as a senior case management professional in a hospital system, child welfare agency, behavioral health organization, or large nonprofit.
- Direct responsibility for clinical caseloads, family or child welfare cases, or program-level service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of social work practice standards and case management tools, including the practical application of mandated reporting, interagency coordination, and ethical and legal compliance.
- Experience authoring rubrics, clinical training curricula, or case documentation is a plus.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $40 to $50 per hour.
