Retail Finance Director

Retail finance leaders can apply their strategic planning and budget-management expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and improve how AI understands retail finance workflows.

This remote, project-based independent contractor engagement uses your hands-on knowledge of the tools and practices used in senior retail finance work. No prior AI experience is required.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide expert feedback and create training data based on long-range financial planning, budget management, and retail finance practices.
• Help improve AI understanding of retail finance workflows and strategic planning.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in senior retail finance leadership.
• Experience in roles such as Finance Director, VP of Finance, CFO, or an equivalent retail-industry role.
• Hands-on experience with long-range financial planning and budget variance analysis.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.

• Remote, flexible, asynchronous work.
• No minimum hour requirement. Contributors typically work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week while assigned to an active project.
• Project participation depends on current needs; candidates may be considered for future projects as they become available.

Up to $80/hr (depending on the project).

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. If your school requires a CPT course, this work may not meet its requirements. STEM OPT is not supported.
