About this role
Procurement & Contracts Managers apply procurement, contract administration, and construction sourcing expertise to design and evaluate training content for AI systems, focusing on spend management, contract workflows, and construction bid processes.
Key Responsibilities- Create expert-level training questions and scenario prompts that reflect real procurement analytics, contract management, and construction sourcing workflows.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, completeness, and relevance to real-world spend management and procurement practices.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model performance and guide refinements.
- Complete assigned tasks at your own pace; there is no set schedule or minimum hour requirement.
- 5+ years of professional experience in procurement, contract management, or construction sourcing in roles such as Spend Analyst, Procurement Analytics Manager, Contracts Administrator, Contract Manager, Construction Procurement Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Bid Coordinator, or Estimator.
- Hands-on experience with workflows like spend analysis, savings tracking, contract administration, or construction bid management.
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, BuildingConnected, Sievo, Snowflake, or similar procurement and contract management platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Location: Remote.
- Employment type: PART_TIME.

Eligibility- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility for this type of engagement.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this platform-based arrangement may not satisfy that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported for this work.
