Join a dynamic research project with a leading foundational model AI lab as a Private Equity Expert. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in private equity to contribute to innovative research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct financial modeling and market sizing/TAM analysis.
- Prepare investment/analysis summaries and memos.
- Create Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM) and assist in due diligence processes.
- Process NDA and legal documents.
- Sourcing for deals and identifying potential investment opportunities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: financial modeling, market sizing, investment summaries, CIM creation, NDA processing, or deal sourcing.
- Commitment of at least 10 hours per week is required.
- This is a minimum four-week engagement starting in October, with the possibility of extension or rotation to similar future projects.
- Hourly rate of $130, with potential increases for top performers.
- Open to candidates based in the U.S., UK, Canada, Europe, or Australia.
