Strategic Project Lead, Finance

In the role of Strategic Project Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for top AI Lab customers, leading a team of domain experts to train frontier AI models specifically within the finance sector. This position emphasizes the importance of data integrity, scalability, and quality as you oversee the design and execution of workflows that manage large-scale data pipelines.

• Own projects end-to-end, ensuring exceptional satisfaction for top AI Lab clients.
• Manage complex, finance-specific data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead teams of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in Finance, reviewing their work and ensuring high standards.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on significant, high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize KPIs across finance-driven workflows.
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.
• Report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data.

• Exceptional soft skills and stakeholder management abilities, particularly with senior finance domain experts.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields, or significant exposure to financial systems and data.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects, or optimizing complex workflows.
• Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments.

This is a full-time remote position.

The national pay range for this position is a base salary of $400, 000, $550, 000 per year. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to company policies.
