As a Financial Due Diligence Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your role is pivotal in shaping how these models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world insights. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge is the key asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), financial statements, and contracts to identify financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Assess deal processes, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and fundraising transactions, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of sensitive and confidential documents while adhering to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with sensitive data, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate complex financial findings and compliance issues through written and verbal channels.
- Document and summarize analytical findings, providing clear, actionable insights for decision-making during critical transactions.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of financial due diligence processes by contributing expert feedback and best practices.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with PII compliance, including advanced awareness of non-obvious identifiers within financial and proprietary documents.
- Proven track record in M&A, corporate finance, or transactional due diligence environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in identifying and analyzing risk factors within confidential information and financial documents.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards related to sensitive document handling and regulatory best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to review, reconcile, and verify complex financial data across diverse industries.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, confidential settings.
- Experience in financial due diligence for technology, healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Background in supporting AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
- Professional certification in compliance, risk management, or corporate finance (e.g., CPA, CFA, CAMS).
Contract position with remote work flexibility.
Compensation:Hourly rate ranging from $35 to $70.
