This opportunity invites licensed pharmacists currently practicing in community-based settings to share their insights through a 30-minute online survey. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping more effective AI tools designed to improve pharmacy operations and patient support.

• Complete a structured 30-minute online survey.
• Share insights from real-world pharmacy operations and patient care experiences.
• Provide feedback on topics such as prescription fulfillment, counseling workflows, staffing, technology usage, and operational efficiency.
• Discuss common challenges faced in community pharmacy settings.
• Offer perspectives on how technology and AI tools may support pharmacists and pharmacy teams in the future.

• Currently practicing pharmacy in a community-based setting, including prescription dispensing, patient counseling, and day-to-day retail operations.
• Working as one of the following: Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), Staff Pharmacist, or Float/Per Diem Pharmacist.
• Holds an active U.S. state pharmacy license (RPh or PharmD).
• Experience working directly with patients in a community or outpatient pharmacy environment.
• Strong understanding of retail or community pharmacy workflows.
• Comfortable participating in a structured research survey.
• Able to independently complete a 30-minute online survey.
