As a Personal Health Expert, you will play a crucial role in advancing personal health navigation by developing structured health-admin tasks that reflect real-world scenarios. Your work will involve creating tasks that are evaluated against a deterministic rubric, ensuring that agent performance is measured against verifiable ground truth.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for building scenarios in the following areas:
- Records and visits: Create medical timelines aligned with a ground-truth event list and pre-appointment briefs containing required elements.
- Medications and labs: Develop medication schedules that adhere to rules-based conflict checks and lab summaries that accurately flag values against reference ranges.
- Payer and documentation: Construct insurance appeals based on known approve/deny outcomes and symptom logs with structured fields.
These tasks will require sustained focus and present a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN, patient advocate, medical assistant, or in a similar health-literate role.
- Expertise in areas such as insurance appeals and payer navigation, lab result interpretation, medication management, and patient portal workflows (e.g., MyChart, FollowMyHealth).
- Proficient in reading and producing personal health artifacts, including timelines, pre-visit briefs, appeal letters, and symptom logs.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
- Must be located in the United States.
This is a remote position with an hourly employment type.
CompensationCompensation ranges from $60 to $85 per hour, depending on your domain expertise and prior experience. Strong contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
