Role Overview
As a Nursing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing AI models that support healthcare solutions globally. Leveraging your nursing expertise, you will contribute to the training, review, and validation of advanced AI systems, ensuring they accurately represent patient care and improve healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes.
- Collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high data quality and relevance for model development.
- Provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps in patient care representation and accuracy.
- Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards.
- Contribute to the creation of realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for model training datasets.
- Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for process improvements.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent with demonstrated clinical experience.
- Expertise in patient care, health assessment, and nursing protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, collaborative digital environment.
- Aptitude for analyzing and synthesizing complex medical information.

Employment Type: Contract
CompensationHourly Rate: $25 - $40
