Paid Growth Marketer for AI Agent Evaluation

Role Overview

Help create realistic simulated marketing work environments that evaluate and improve AI agents. You will shape Paid Growth scenarios using authentic tools, documents, dashboards, personas, and intentionally embedded issues that reflect real marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create paid acquisition task briefs based on work you have performed, clearly defining the embedded issue and the conclusion a strong practitioner should reach.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed to make each scenario realistic.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria that distinguish strong work from responses that appear reasonable but are incorrect.
• Assess AI agent outputs against your professional standard.
• Develop scenarios involving campaign performance diagnosis, budget allocation, funnel and pipeline diagnosis, lead recovery, account-based marketing, and web and pricing journey optimization.
• Support tasks that require diagnosis from inconsistent data, prioritization and tradeoffs, planning and execution, quality assurance and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step work across several tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition budgets and results, not solely overseeing teams that perform the work.
• Fluency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong written reasoning and the ability to explain why a decision is appropriate.
• Experience building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred.

Work Terms

• Hourly engagement.

Compensation

• $60 to $100 per hour.
