About this role

Role Overview

Help create realistic simulated marketing environments that evaluate and improve AI agents performing real-world field marketing work. You will shape the briefs, artifacts, judgment calls, and hidden issues that distinguish strong practitioner decisions from plausible but incorrect responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design field marketing and event task briefs based on work you have personally performed, defining the embedded issue and the decision a strong practitioner should make.
  • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed to recreate realistic marketing scenarios across email, storage, CRM, project management, social media management, web analytics, AEO/SEO, advertising, CMS, product analytics, and support tools.
  • Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria that distinguish strong responses from plausible but incorrect ones.
  • Review AI agent attempts and assess them against practitioner-level standards.
  • Support scenarios involving messy or conflicting data diagnosis, prioritization and tradeoffs, planning and execution, QA and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step work across several tools.

Field Marketing Scope

  • Event follow-up
  • Sponsorship decisions
  • Regional pipeline recovery
  • Joint planning against a named account list

Qualifications

  • Hands-on field marketing or events experience, including responsibility for running a region against a sales number, not solely event logistics.
  • Comfort working in a CRM such as Salesforce and a project tracker such as Asana or Linear.
  • Experience building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
  • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred.
  • Clear written reasoning, with the ability to explain why a decision is correct.

Work Terms

  • Hourly engagement.

Compensation

  • $60 to $100 per hour.

Application Process

  • Complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener focused on this field marketing sub-domain before your application is reviewed.
