This role involves contributing to a significant research project aimed at enhancing the accuracy of the U.S. government''s occupational framework for insurance claims adjusters, examiners, and investigators. By sharing your insights through a survey, you will help shape a more precise understanding of the tasks and responsibilities associated with your profession.
Key Responsibilities- Complete a one-time online survey/interview about your daily work as an insurance claims adjuster, examiner, or investigator, which takes up to 30 minutes.
- Participate in an optional follow-up survey, task, or short interview afterward, which would be compensated separately.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as an insurance claims adjuster, examiner, or investigator (SOC 13-1031.00).
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Currently employed in the role or have recent experience; candidates who left the profession many years ago will not be considered.
- Must have directly held a claims adjuster, examiner, or investigator role; general insurance or office exposure is not sufficient.
This is a remote, hourly position.
CompensationCompensation is set at $37 per hour, with the initial task estimated to take 30 minutes, resulting in payment for half an hour at that rate. Additional paid tasks may be available later.
EligibilityApplicants must be U.S.-based and have relevant recent experience in the insurance claims field.
