Role Overview
Senior HR and People Operations professionals are invited to contribute to the development of evaluation tasks for AI systems tailored for Fortune 500 companies. This role focuses on creating workflows that align with the scale, regulatory requirements, and complexity of large public organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Construct scenarios for enterprise talent acquisition, including executive search and high-volume hiring, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale.
- Build tasks utilizing enterprise HRIS systems for organizations with 5, 000 to over 50, 000 employees, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Develop scenarios for multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance, including FMLA, ADA, EU parental leave, and APAC statutory programs.
- Design comprehensive total rewards programs, encompassing equity, deferred compensation, and executive compensation.
- Author tasks related to Fortune 500 diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, organizational design, and M&A people integration, while creating rubrics that reflect authentic enterprise HR judgment.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company, or at a top-tier HR advisory or executive search firm serving Fortune 500 clients.
- Direct experience with enterprise HRIS at scale and multi-country workforce programs.
- Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy, equity programs, and regulatory environments.
- Experience in rubric, training content, or HR enablement authorship is a plus.
- Hourly Pay: $60 to $80 per hour, determined based on demonstrated expertise.
- Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week.
