Role Overview
Apply your healthcare management expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated operational content and workflows. This remote role focuses on assessing materials that support clinical services, personnel management, budgeting, records administration, program planning, and regulatory compliance across healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, and related management materials for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses for operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and feasibility within clinical services.
- Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgets, personnel administration, records management, and program planning, then provide expert feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or in a closely related healthcare management role.
- Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services for hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar settings.
- Demonstrated expertise managing clinical services, personnel, budgets, and compliance across healthcare facilities.
- Strong written English communication skills.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement with an immediate start date.
- Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.
Compensation
Hourly compensation of $70 to $110.
