Licensed Medical Doctor for Healthcare AI Evaluation

Role Overview

Apply your clinical expertise to help improve AI systems used in healthcare. You will evaluate healthcare content and AI-generated responses, provide domain-specific guidance, and share practical insight that makes these tools more accurate, reliable, and useful in real clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Review written healthcare content and AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and quality within your area of expertise.
• Answer healthcare questions and provide clear, well-reasoned feedback grounded in professional experience.
• Identify useful reference materials relevant to your clinical field.
• Explain real-world healthcare tools, workflows, and standards used in day-to-day practice.
• Collaborate with a small cross-functional group of subject-matter experts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor, MD.
• At least 2 years of professional clinical experience. Broad or generalist clinical experience is preferred over a narrow subspecialty.
• Comfort working with medical literature and clinical guidelines, including resources such as UpToDate, PubMed, and published research.
• Comfort using everyday AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Teaching or training experience, such as resident supervision, CME instruction, or medical education, is preferred.

Work Terms

• Fully remote, flexible part-time engagement.
• Approximately 10 hours per week, with reliable weekly availability required.
• Opportunity for continued and expanded engagement over time.
• W-2 employment, including payroll, benefits, and compliance support.

Compensation

$90 to $100 per hour.
